4) Verification (KYC) & Source of Funds

We may require identity, age, address, payment method, and/or source-of-funds verification ("KYC") at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide requested documents and information promptly.

  • If you fail to complete verification, we may restrict gameplay, suspend the Account, refuse withdrawals, or close the Account in line with legal and compliance requirements.
  • We may conduct enhanced due diligence checks where required, including checks related to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF).

5) Deposits

Betory Casino supports deposits via various cryptocurrencies and blockchain assets (availability may change). Supported methods may include: BTC, LTC, TRX, DOGE, ADA, BNB, XRP, ETH, USDT, AVAX, DAI, CSC, LINK, SHIB, SOL, BCH, USDC, XLM, SUI, TON, NOT, MATIC and others shown in the cashier.

  • All deposits must be made from wallets/accounts that you control. Third-party deposits may be rejected.
  • You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses, networks, and memo/tag where required. Transactions sent on the wrong network or without required tags may be lost.
  • We may set minimum and maximum deposit limits, and we may apply risk controls or compliance checks.

6) Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to security checks, verification, and these Terms.

  • Monthly withdrawal limit: up to €20,000 per month (or equivalent in crypto at the time of processing), unless otherwise stated in your VIP/bonus rules or required by law/compliance.
  • We may process withdrawals to the same wallet/payment method used for deposits where feasible ("closed-loop" policy).
  • We may reject, delay, or reverse withdrawals where we suspect fraud, chargeback risk, bonus abuse, or legal/compliance issues.
  • Blockchain network fees and exchange-rate fluctuations may apply.

7) Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering

All bonuses are subject to specific rules displayed on the promotion page or communicated to you ("Bonus Terms"). Bonus Terms form part of these Terms.   • If Bonus Terms conflict with these Terms, the Bonus Terms apply for that promotion.

8) Gameplay Rules, Game Providers & Fairness

  • All bets and game outcomes are final once accepted/settled, except in cases of evident error or system malfunction.

10) Responsible Gaming

  • If your Account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld where permitted by law and where linked to fraud/abuse.
  • If your Account is closed without fault, we will seek to return any remaining withdrawable balance after verification and compliance checks.

12) Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (including software, design, logos, and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to us or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute it without permission.

14) Complaints & Dispute Resolution
